We ensure that your Miel Cream package reaches you accurately. If you have a PO Box, choose standard shipping via USPS at checkout and specify your PO Box address. If you’d prefer an upgraded shipping service, please provide your physical address.
In case your package is marked as delivered but is missing or stolen, contact us within 14 days of the original delivery date. However, please ensure the address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for packages marked as delivered to incorrect addresses.
Our processing timeline is simple. We operate during business hours from Monday to Friday and exclude any public holidays. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receipt, and we appreciate your understanding if there’s a slight delay during major site events or product launches.
